The collection of ashes is simple — when an order is placed, we send out a collection kit which contains everything you need. The ashes are carefully placed in the memento then sealed with a metal disc to cover the hole in the base.

We pay for the return Registered Postage for the collection of ashes and also the delivery of your special glass Memorial.
DELIVERY OF the eternity MEMORIALEach glass piece and presentation box are securely packaged and sent via Australia Post Registered Mail. We will provide a tracking number to you when dispatched. You will usually receive your sphere within 4 weeks of our receipt of ashes.
PERSONAL ENGRAVING?
You will have the option to add engraving on the base of your Eternity Memorial, this information will be posted to you as part of the collection kit when an order is placed.
